Practice Description
Tyler represents upstream and midstream companies in a variety of transactional matters relating to oil and gas exploration, production, distribution, and marketing. His practice focuses on acquisitions and divestitures of assets, title examination, curative, and due diligence efforts relating to the disposition of producing and nonproducing oil and gas assets.
Prior to joining the firm, Tyler gained experience with firms in Houston practicing in a variety of different fields of law where he handled issues related to upstream and midstream energy transactions, energy finance, public finance, project finance, real estate acquisitions and divestitures, and syndicated transactions. Prior to practicing law, Tyler worked as an independent petroleum landman in various plays in Texas and Kansas.
