Practice Description
Reza represents clients across the energy sector in a variety of transactional matters relating to oil and gas exploration, production, distribution, and marketing. His practice primarily focuses on title examination and due diligence related to acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas assets.
After graduating law school, Reza worked for South Texas College of Law Houston’s Admissions office where he helped prospective students with the admissions process
Prior to joining the firm, Reza gained experience as a clerk with firms in the Greater Houston area across a variety of different areas of law such as real estate transactions, replevin suits, property tax disputes, corporate governance and compliance, and renewable energy financing.
