Nneka represents clients in the energy sector in various transactional matters relating to oil and gas exploration, production, distribution, and marketing. Her practice primarily focuses on title examination and due diligence relating to the acquisitions, exploration, diversification, and disposition of oil and gas assets.
Prior to joining the firm, Nneka gained experience in a wide range of corporate and transactional matters pertaining to Title Examination, Due Diligence, Compliance, Fraud Detection, and Financing. She has reviewed thousands of corporate tax returns and other corporate governance documents, assisted small businesses with corporate structuring, and advised businesses on financing issues.
