Practice Description
Jenea represents energy sector clients in matters relating to oil and gas exploration, production, distribution and marketing. Her transactional practice focuses primarily on providing drilling, division order and acquisition title opinions to exploration and production companies and other clients in the oil and gas industry.
Jenea has drafted and reviewed more than a hundred title opinions and regularly works with clients to assist with curative efforts through all phases of development.
Prior to joining the firm, Jenea worked as a title consultant and aided clients with complex title analysis in the purchase of minerals. Before working as a title consultant, Stone worked as General Counsel for Simflo. Jenea also worked as a title attorney for a large oil and gas title firm. Stone started her career as an independent petroleum landman.
