Jax represents clients in the energy sector in various matters pertaining to oil and gas production, exploration, distribution, and marketing. His practice is centered around title examination and due diligence relating to acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas assets.

Prior to joining the firm, Jax clerked with the Ector County District Attorney’s Office in his hometown of Odessa, Texas. He also earned three varsity letters, and was voted Team Captain while playing football for Texas Tech University.
