Practice Description
David represents clients in the energy sector in a variety of transactional matters relating to oil and gas exploration, production, distribution, and marketing. His practice focuses primarily on title examination and due diligence related to acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas assets.
Prior to joining the firm, David worked as law clerk dealing with probate, guardianship and estate planning matters. Additionally, David was a judicial intern for the 270th State Civil Court of Harris County, Texas.
