Carson represents oil and gas exploration and production companies in a variety of transactional matters. His practice focuses primarily on title examination and due diligence efforts relating to the acquisition and divestiture of producing and nonproducing oil and gas assets.

During law school, Carson was a member of the St. Mary’s Law National Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and competed in multiple nation-wide negotiation tournaments.
