Practice Description
Yi represents clients across the energy sector in a variety of transactional matters relating to oil and gas exploration, production, distribution, and marketing. Her practice primarily focuses on title examination and due diligence related to acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas assets.
Before joining the firm, Yi gained legal experience through clerkships with several Houston law firms, where she worked on commercial litigation, healthcare litigation, business disputes, and real estate matters. She also served as a student attorney in the South Texas College of Law Houston Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, representing clients in federal tax controversies before the IRS.
