Tia Jade represents clients in the energy sector in various transactional matters relating to oil and gas exploration, production, distribution, and marketing. Her practice primarily focuses on title examination and due diligence relating to the acquisitions, exploration, diversification, and disposition of oil and gas assets.

Prior to joining the firm, Tia Jade managed master service agreements and procurement contracts for pipeline operations at Energy Transfer, a leading force in the U.S. energy infrastructure sector. Tia Jade also earned 3 Varsity letters playing volleyball for the University of Louisiana and twice earned Scholar Athlete of the year.
