Sam represents clients in the oil and gas sector in a variety of complex matters pertaining to production, exploration, distribution, and marketing.  His practice primarily focuses on title examination and due diligence pertaining to acquisitions and divestures of oil and gas assets.

Sam has a background in oil and gas litigation having previously worked as an attorney for the law firm of Hall Maines Lugrin.  Prior to practicing law, Sam worked for the Houston ESPN 97.5 radio station in an on-air talent role.
