Practice Description

Ned Price has over 50 years of legal experience in the oil & gas and natural resources industry. He has been an associate, shareholder, and of counsel in three major law firms, and a partner and of counsel in oil and gas legal boutiques.

Ned has substantial experience in a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions, financing, exploration and development projects. He has vast experience in preparation of all types of title opinions and supervision of title due diligence projects. He has drafted and reviewed all sorts of documents in the area, including, without limitation, leases, unit agreements, conveyances, mortgages, and settlement agreements.

Ned has been a speaker at bar sponsored seminars and has prepared papers for bar related publications.
