Practice Description
Natalie represents clients in the energy sector in a variety of transactional matters relating to oil and gas exploration, production, distribution, and marketing. Her practice primarily focuses on title examination and due diligence related to acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas assets.
Prior to joining the firm, Natalie worked at a privately owned upstream oil and gas company, where she assisted in negotiating, drafting and reviewing leases, purchase and sale agreements, conveyances, and other oil and gas contracts.
