Marissa represents oil and gas exploration and production companies in a variety of transactional matters. Her practice primarily focuses on title examination and due diligence efforts related to acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas assets.
Prior to joining the firm, Marissa worked for a family law firm where she focused on CPS along with representing clients in criminal defense, along with divorce and custody battles.
