Practice Description
Logan represents oil and gas exploration and production companies and landowners in a variety of transactional and title matters. His practice focuses on title examination, curative, and due diligence efforts relating to the acquisition and divestiture of producing and nonproducing oil and gas assets, as well as the drafting and negotiation of deeds, pooling and unitization agreements, and related conveyance instruments.
Prior to joining the Firm, Logan practiced at McGinnis Lockridge in Houston, where he performed due diligence and related drafting for large oil and gas clients in connection with the acquisition of mineral properties and the merger and acquisition of upstream mineral holdings. Logan also has experience handling title litigation and a range of oil and gas disputes.
