Julie Rawls represents clients in the energy sector in a variety of transactional matters relating to oil and gas exploration, production, distribution, and marketing.  Her practice primarily focuses on title examination and due diligence related to acquisitions and divestures of oil and gas assets.

Prior to joining the firm, Julie interned for Reeh & Schwing, a boutique law firm in Fredericksburg, Texas, dealing with commercial real estate, property and probate matters.  Additionally, Julie was an All-American collegiate softball player for the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
