Joshua Legg represents clients in the energy sector in a variety of transactional matters relating to oil and gas exploration, production, distribution, and marketing. His practice primarily focuses on title examination and due diligence related to acquisitions and divestures of oil and gas assets.

Prior to joining the firm, Joshua interned for both the Texas General Land Office and the Texas Railroad Commission. Additionally, Joshua was a judicial intern for Magistrate Judge Dustin M. Howell of United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
