Joseph represents clients across the energy sector in a variety of transactional matters relating to oil and gas exploration, production, distribution, and marketing. His practice primarily focuses on title examination and due diligence related to acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas assets.

Prior to joining Toeppich & Associates, Joseph acquired experience as a law clerk with firms in the Greater Houston area across diverse areas of law such as corporate business transactions, general counsel transactions, business formations, commercial litigation, and business litigation.
