Practice Description
Jeannette Wacker represents upstream and midstream companies in a variety of transactional matters. Her practice focuses on title examination, curative, due diligence, and transactional work, such as drafting and reviewing leases, easements, purchase and sale agreements, and other industry contracts.
Before joining the firm, Jeannette spent over five years as a title attorney, preparing and advising private equity, mid-stream, and major oil and gas companies on complex drilling, division order, and acquisition title opinions. She later expanded her practice as a corporate associate at an AmLaw 100 law firm, where she handled corporate, real estate, commercial, and energy matters, including contract negotiations, acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
