Garrett represents clients across the energy sector in a variety of transactional matters relating to oil and gas exploration, production, distribution, and marketing. His practice primarily focuses on title examination and due diligence related to acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas assets.

Prior to joining Toeppich & Associates, Garrett acquired experience as a law clerk with a civil litigation firm in Lubbock, Texas.
