Courtney represents oil and gas exploration and production companies in a variety of transactional matters. Her practice primarily focuses on title examination and due diligence efforts related to acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas assets.

Prior to joining the firm, Courtney interned for Equinor’s US upstream legal team in Houston. Equinor is the largest supplier of energy to Europe, with a portfolio of oil and gas, renewables, and low-carbon solutions assets. At Equinor, Courtney performed legal research and reviewed agreements under the supervision of Equinor in-house counsel.
