Practice Description
Courtney represents oil and gas exploration and production companies in a variety of transactional matters. Her practice primarily focuses on title examination and due diligence efforts related to acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas assets.
Prior to joining the firm, Courtney was part of the In-House Counsel department at Equinor, the oil and gas company for the Norwegian government and the primary supplier of energy to continental Europe. At Equinor, Courtney provided counsel on a variety of legal issues from domestic energy litigation to complex international trade negotiations.
