Colleen represents oil and gas exploration and production companies in a variety of transactional matters. Her practice primarily focuses on title examination and due diligence efforts related to acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas assets.

Prior to joining the firm, Colleen was an appellate attorney in Houston, Texas, specializing in civil matters. While attending the South Texas College of Law she clerked for the Fourteenth Court of Appeals and the 295^th Civil District Court of Harris County. Before attending law school, she was the Royalty Relations Analyst at Opportune LLP where she worked closely with the Land Department, processing mineral conveyances, onboarding new clients, and assisting division order analysts.
