Practice Description
Bryce represents clients in the energy sector in a variety of transactional matters relating to oil and gas exploration, production, distribution, and marketing. His practice primarily focuses on title examination and due diligence related to acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas assets.
Prior to joining the firm, Bryce interned with the U.S. Army JAG Corps and later worked at a boutique civil litigation firm. He went on to earn an LLM in International Economic Law from the University of Edinburgh, where he focused on international commercial, investment, and trade law, and was selected as the coach for the Vis Moot International Commercial Arbitration team.
