Bryce represents clients in the energy sector in a variety of transactional matters relating to oil and gas exploration, production, distribution, and marketing. His practice primarily focuses on title examination and due diligence related to acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas assets.

Prior to joining the firm, Bryce interned with the U.S. Army JAG Corps and practiced civil litigation at a boutique firm in Seattle. He later earned an LL.M. in International Economic Law from the University of Edinburgh, where he served as coach of the university’s Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team.
