Practice Description
Baylee Ballais represents clients in the energy sector in a variety of transactional matters relating to oil and gas exploration, production, distribution, and marketing. Her practice primarily focuses on title examination and due diligence related to acquisitions and divestures of oil and gas assets.
Prior to joining the firm, Baylee represented students in the Texas Tech University Student Legal Services Office. Additionally, Baylee was a member of the Texas Tech Law National Negotiation Team, competing in multiple nation-wide competitions.
