Practice Description
Antonio represents clients in the energy sector in transactional matters pertaining to upstream, midstream and downstream projects. His practice is centered around Project Development, Project Finance and M&A matters, as well as title examination and due diligence relating to acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas assets. Antonio also has extensive experience on international and cross-border transactions (especially regarding the Mexican market), representing companies in corporate, regulatory and dispute resolution-related issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Antonio worked at prestigious law firms in Mexico and in Houston. He also served as General Counsel at the Mexican National Hydrocarbons Commission, among other relevant positions in the Mexican public sector.
