Practice Description
Aaron Keegan represents clients in the energy sector in a variety of transactional matters relating to oil and gas exploration, production, distribution, and marketing. His practice primarily focuses on title examination and due diligence related to acquisitions and divestures of oil and gas assets.
Prior to joining the firm, Aaron worked at Harris County Housing & Community Development where he handled programmatic and policy matters for the County’s affordable housing projects and low-income programs. Additionally, he is the current President of the Houston Howdy Club, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing scholarships to current students at Texas A&M University.
